Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bite N Beyond, we strive for 100% satisfaction. Due to the nature of food products (spices, spice blends, fruit value-added items), many are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel before dispatch (usually within 1–24 hours of order placement).

  • Post-dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

  • To cancel: Contact support immediately via email/phone.

  • Approved cancellations attract full/partial refund minus payment gateway & processing fees (if any).

2.  Refunds

Refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on bank/gateway).

Eligible cases:

  • Wrong/defective/damaged product (report with photos within 48 hours of delivery).

  • Missing items (report within 48 hours).

3. Returns & Replacements

  • Non-perishable sealed products (e.g., packaged spices, dry blends): Return accepted within 7 days if defective/unopened. The customer pays return shipping.

  • Perishable/value-added items (e.g., fruit preserves, wet masalas, items with short shelf life): No returns/refunds due to hygiene and quality risks. Replacements considered only for manufacturing defects (with proof).

  • Products must be unused, unopened, in original packaging with labels intact.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used products

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Products damaged due to customer fault

  • Personalized/custom orders

5. Process

  • Raise concern via [email/phone] with order ID, photos, and description.

  • We review and respond within 48–72 hours.

  • Approved refunds/replacements processed accordingly.
